Celebrating Young Minds: STEM Quiz by News7 & Vetri NEET Gateway at WCC

On 14th July 2025, WCC campus came alive with enthusiasm and intellectual energy as News7 Tamil, in collaboration with Vetri NEET Gateway, hosted a dynamic STEM Quiz Competition for school students. The event ran from 10 am to 4 pm, drawing participation from 12 leading schools with 64 bright students competing.

The show was brilliantly anchored by a charismatic and quick-witted host, whose humour and charm kept both participants and the audience thoroughly entertained.

The quiz featured five thrilling rounds - Verbatim, Electrium, Twistogen, Relativon, and Intellique, with a surprise finale called Illurium. Each round tested different dimensions of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics knowledge, as well as quick thinking and teamwork.

Emerging as champions was St. Bede’s School, Chennai, whose students showcased exceptional skill and composure throughout. This event was more than a competition - it was a celebration of future scientists, innovators, and problem-solvers in the making.
